Description
MaxVal – is the largest spindle wedge in the range and is specially designed for thick wood. The design of the MaxVal focuses on maximum lifting power and simple construction. The drive spindle is made of 32mm thick CrMo steel. The MaxVal is driven with a 24mm wrench size. The drive spindle is partially integrated in the MaxVal, which means that half of the spindle is protected in the wedge tip. The second, shorter half of the locker protrudes 140mm from the felling wedge.

Description
The ValFix is the newest, lightest, cheapest spindle wedge on the market and another real BaSt-Ing innovation. With a dead weight of less than 1.4kg and a lifting force of over 15t, it generates more than 1000g (!) Lifting force per 1g of dead weight. A secret of the ValFix is that it works with a very flat wedge angle. Due to this small angle, it can be constructed particularly easily and still generate high lifting forces. Grease nipples on both threaded nuts ensure easy maintenance and sufficient lubrication even on long working days.
The ValFix has a very low wedge angle of 10° degrees and therewith high lifting capacity and low weight. Important is that the socket is always completely on the 10mm hex. For smaller trees (below 25cm), there is a risk of touching the breakline of the tree with the tip of the wedge. The ValFix may be operated with a maximum 650 Nm impact wrench.

EcoVal BaSt-Ing Spindle Wedge 12T
Description
Its robust, simple design makes it a valuable tool for harvesting wood. With the large wedge angle of 16 °, it achieves a sufficient lifting height even with thinner trees. The EcoVal is for smaller trees. It has a higher wedge angle and therefore lower lifting capacity but higher lifting height. Impacts machines up to 1000Nm. Important is that the enlarging cut of the tree goes smooth to the breaking line of the tree. Otherwise the wedge can be pushed out of the cut.

MiniFix BaSt-Ing Thrust Cone Wedge 2-3T
Description
With the MiniFix, we are proud to be able to offer you a worldwide new felling wedge concept. The wedge pulls itself into the saw cut by means of the conical wedge. In contrast to conventional conical wedges, the lifting force is brought into the tree via an aluminum wedge. This design generates significantly more lifting force than conventional tapered wedges, while at the same time being simple and robust. The MiniFix is for supporting the ValFix. The lifting capacity depends on the strength of the wood. When the wedge reaches the max capacity the spindle breaks the wood out of the tree.
Ideally suited to bring down trees with a small back slope quickly and safely. The lifting force of the ValFix can be increased by using the MiniFix as well.
When repositioning the ValFix, the MiniFix is used to support the tree. Due to the tree shape of the MiniFix, the MiniFix also pulls itself into a closed saw joint to quickly and easily free a jammed chainsaw if necessary.

Grinder Chain Sharpening Drill Attachment

Description
The Schleiferl V1.2, in a new design and further developed, is the sharpening tool of the future, which eliminates the disadvantages of previous sharpening tools.
It has the following advantages due to the grinding belt as a sharpening principle:
- Perfectly shaped tooth profiles (front and roof angle), easily achievable
- No annealing of the teeth
- The chrome layer of the saw teeth is not damaged
- No loss of shape of the sharpening tool due to wear
- Chain is sharpened on the bar
- Tolerant of angle errors when sharpening due to the grinding belt running out at the top
- Suitable for very small chains (1/4″ Picco) as well as for harvester chains (.404) (additional grinding shafts required)
- Economical
The Schleiferl is the first chain sharpening tool that works with a grinding belt. This is driven by small hex screwdrivers. The speed of the screwdriver should be at least 3000 rpm.
Practical tip for abrasive belt life: High speed + low contact pressure = long abrasive belt life.
Abrasive grains can wear down in the micrometer range, but they need sufficient time to be able to process the steel. Excessive grinding pressure leads to the entire grain tearing off the grinding belt. High belt speed and low contact pressure give the abrasive grain time to process the saw tooth.

The DrillFast is the first impact driver drill bit and another genuine BaSt-Ing innovation.
The DrillFast is powered by high-performance impact wrench as used in the ValFast. The DrillFast is fixed via the already known ValLink. The DrillFast has a sturdy bearing, so that no transverse or longitudinal forces act on the impact screw.
Due to the drive with a striking mechanism, there are many advantages:

Description
The ValRemote opens up a new dimension in terms of safety, productivity and economy. We integrate an infrared remote control for you in proven impact wrenches, which is only active when a felling wedge is attached.
The impact wrench can therefore be used for other work, such as planting trees using the DrillFast or in the workshop.
The advantage over competitive radio wedges is that you can use the expensive drive unit on any number of felling wedges. The machine can be used on the next felling wedge in just a few simple steps. This feature results in a great advantage in practice. Each felling wedge has a defined lifting height and if this is not sufficient to bring the tree down, the user has to support the tree normally and turn the radio wedge back on the trunk. ValLink – the clever connection between impact wrenches and the ValFast. The ValLink is screwed once on the impact wrench. By means of an eccentric clamp, the impact wrench and ValFast can now be quickly connected. The spindle wedge is thus a unit, and can be worn as such. Furthermore, the ValFast can easily be controlled with the forest measuring tape, which means that when felling the tree you can take a few meters backwater and thus no longer pose any danger to the trunk.
